Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries regarding products and services.
- Document and update customer records in the system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and call quality.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
- Contribute to the success of the pioneer account by providing feedback and insights.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate (college graduate preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Metro Manila.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
