Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound/outbound client communications across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve customer inquiries with speed and professionalism while maintaining service standards
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain client records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including call resolution times and satisfaction metrics
- Continuously develop product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Contribute to process improvements through constructive feedback
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent (college students/graduates encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training programs
- Must be willing to work onsite at Cubao, Metro Manila
