We are seeking a dynamic PJT & Management Representative to ensure regulatory excellence and operational compliance in Batang, Jawa Tengah. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with regulatory authorities, internal quality teams, and government agencies to maintain adherence to industry standards and legal requirements. You will drive compliance initiatives, conduct regulatory impact assessments, and implement robust quality management systems. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and proactive compliance strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Represent the organization in regulatory meetings and communications with government agencies
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks for manufacturing and logistics operations
- Coordinate with internal quality and technical teams to implement regulatory standards
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments for regulatory compliance
- Monitor legislative changes and update company policies accordingly
- Prepare and submit required documentation to regulatory bodies
- Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure consistent compliance practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of regulatory affairs or compliance management experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian manufacturing and logistics regulations
- Experience working with government agencies and regulatory authorities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) preferred
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
