Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, revise, and organize plan documents to ensure accuracy and full compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage document workflows, ensuring timely creation and delivery of materials for various healthcare accounts.
- Provide virtual administrative support, including answering inquiries and updating client records with precision.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex documentation issues and improve existing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure digital filing system for all sensitive plan documents.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to verify the completeness and correctness of all generated documents.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients by preparing introductory documentation and guides.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service Representative or Virtual Assistant roles, specifically within a healthcare account.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy in data entry and document formatting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic knowledge of document management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of healthcare terminology, insurance plans, or administrative procedures is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
