Tanggung Jawab
- Material Planning: Plan, monitor, and expedite materials to ensure all customer requirements are met efficiently.
- Job Order Management: Plan and release job orders to strictly adhere to shipment plans and production schedules.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless execution of plans.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement departments to prevent shortages.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production data and logistics reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve issues.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing or transportation planning.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MS Excel.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
