Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to align with organizational goals and deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials, machinery, and human resources.
- Monitor daily production progress and identify bottlenecks to implement corrective actions immediately.
- Analyze production data and trends to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce operational waste.
- Communicate production updates and potential delays to management and stakeholders promptly and clearly.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities adhere to strict safety standards and quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with inventory control to manage stock levels and prevent production stoppages.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning or a similar manufacturing role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex production data and forecasts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
