Are you an experienced Planner looking to make a significant impact on large-scale critical infrastructure? Turner & Townsend is seeking a dedicated Planner - Data Center to join our high-performing team in Johor Bahru. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and scheduling of complex data center construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to drive project success. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses deep technical expertise in schedule management and risk mitigation within the data center or heavy infrastructure sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze project progress, identify critical path variances, and implement corrective measures to ensure milestone achievement.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor physical progress and reconcile schedule data with field activities.
- Facilitate planning workshops and provide comprehensive schedule status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Perform resource loading and leveling to optimize workforce allocation across multiple project workstreams.
- Manage risk registers and provide mitigation strategies to avoid project slippage.
- Ensure compliance with international data center construction standards and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling, specifically within data centers or large-scale industrial infrastructure.
- Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- Strong command of MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of construction methodology, procurement cycles, and project controls.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple project priorities in a high-pressure environment.
