- Assist in the preparation and development of detailed project schedules and milestones.
- Update and maintain project schedules to reflect changes in scope, resources, or timelines.
- Collaborate with senior planners to ensure accurate data entry and schedule integrity.
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Prepare and distribute regular progress reports to stakeholders and project teams.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure schedule alignment across the project lifecycle.
- Support the maintenance of project documentation and database records.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in construction planning or scheduling is preferred.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on detail.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate clearly to diverse teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Valid work pass (if applicable) for the Singapore region.
