You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to coordinate activities and resolve scheduling conflicts.

- Develop comprehensive project plans and detailed schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure alignment of project activities
- Analyze project data and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation
- Prepare progress reports and forecasts for project completion
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
