Join Sampoerna Kayoe's finance team as a Planning & Budgeting Officer on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave position. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive departmental budgets aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor budget performance through variance analysis and reporting
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial forecasts and projections
- Coordinate budget reviews with department heads and senior management
- Implement financial controls to ensure budget compliance
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights
- Support annual budgeting process and strategic planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in budgeting/financial planning
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
