We are currently seeking a dedicated Planning Engineer to join our Kuala Lumpur-based team. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor actual progress against the baseline schedule and identify any variances or delays promptly.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to align work activities with the master plan.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and milestone progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Perform resource leveling and allocation to optimize labor and material usage throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments related to scheduling constraints and propose corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and construction program schedules for new project bids.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project (Project, Excel) is mandatory.
- Deep understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) and construction methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate clear reports.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
