Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and site teams to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Manage and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary authority approvals, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor actual site progress against the baseline plan and report any variances immediately.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide accurate progress updates and ensure transparent communication.
- Review resource requirements and optimize labor and material allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in planning engineering within the construction industry.
- Proficient in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of local construction processes, building codes, and regulations in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performance, cross-functional team.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
