We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join the Southern Cable team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading project planning activities, ensuring that timelines are met, and optimizing resource allocation across our operations.
You will work closely with project managers and site engineers to develop robust schedules, monitor progress, and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and identify potential delays early.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure materials and resources are available as planned.
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Optimize labor and equipment utilization to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues impacting the schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject.
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) and resource leveling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
