As a Planning Engineer, you will be the backbone of project efficiency, ensuring that our Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems are integrated seamlessly into the project timeline. You will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to navigate the complexities of a fast-paced construction site. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update the Project Master Schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with M&E site teams to track daily progress and identify any deviations from the baseline schedule.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports, including S-curves, manpower histograms, and resource forecasts.
- Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and identify potential project risks and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate planning meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders to align project milestones and deliverables.
- Assist in the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and provide technical supporting documentation for delay analysis.
- Monitor resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity and cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all site activities comply with the project's quality standards and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related construction discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably within the M&E or infrastructure sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project software is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of construction sequences, particularly regarding M&E services in large-scale infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable project plans.
- Effective communication skills for interfacing with project management and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and industry standards.
