Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress against baseline plans and identify critical path delays.
- Perform resource leveling and allocation to optimize workforce and material usage.
- Prepare and update weekly/monthly progress reports for stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to define scope and sequence of work.
- Analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies within the project timeline.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 (P3/P6).
- Strong understanding of construction industry standards and methodologies (CPM, Gantt charts).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
