Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and review comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 specifically for Oil & Gas projects.
- Perform accurate forecasting and resource planning to ensure optimal project delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Australian clients and internal stakeholders to align project milestones with business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, dashboards, and critical path analyses to senior management.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate multidisciplinary schedules seamlessly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (P6 Professional) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, EPC contracts, and construction sequences.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and forecasting skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills for direct client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work onsite in Pasig City and manage time zones effectively when coordinating with international clients.
