Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project master schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Collaborate closely with Architectural Coordinators to integrate design changes and structural requirements into the project plan.
- Analyze critical paths and identify potential delays to provide proactive mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and on-site teams to ensure adherence to timelines and project milestones.
- Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and visual presentations for management and clients.
- Conduct site visits to track progress and verify that the actual work aligns with the planned schedule.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize project efficiency.
- Lead planning meetings and coordinate with various stakeholders to streamline workflow and project execution.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction project planning, specifically within the Singapore market.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject.
- Deep understanding of construction workflows, site coordination, and architectural alterations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certification in project management (PMP/PMI-SP) is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
