Takenaka is seeking a skilled Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Woodlands. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic development and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules, ensuring seamless alignment with project objectives and timelines.
As a Planning Engineer, you will act as the backbone of our project execution, utilizing industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project to forecast timelines and allocate resources efficiently. You will collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to monitor progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the analytical skills to drive project success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Monitor project progress and analyze variances to ensure adherence to the master schedule.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various project disciplines to ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Identify and mitigate schedule risks and potential delays.
- Update project baselines and management plans based on approved changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
