We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Planning Manager (Construction | A1) to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end construction planning and tender strategy for iconic, large-scale industrial and building projects. You will play a key role in ensuring project timelines are met, resources are optimized, and safety standards are strictly adhered to while managing complex tender processes.
As a Planning Manager, you will act as the bridge between project management and site operations, ensuring that all planning activities align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and methodologies for large-scale construction projects.
- Lead the preparation and submission of construction tenders, ensuring high-quality documentation and competitive pricing strategies.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve planning issues and ensure design feasibility.
- Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Manage resource allocation, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential construction delays or safety hazards.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a recognized A1 Project Management qualification (BCA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in construction planning, with a proven track record on large-scale industrial or building projects.
- Strong proficiency in construction planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or similar tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (S Pass/EP) and familiarity with local construction regulations.
