Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and update comprehensive urban development plans and zoning regulations
- Conduct demographic, economic, and environmental impact analyses
- Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and policy recommendations
- Coordinate with government agencies and private stakeholders for project alignment
- Monitor implementation of development plans and compliance with regulations
- Facilitate public consultations and community engagement sessions
- Support land use planning and infrastructure development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in planning or administrative roles
- Knowledge of Philippine Urban Development and Housing Act (RA 7279)
- Proficiency in GIS software and data analysis tools
- Strong research, report writing, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Valid Civil Service eligibility (Professional level preferred)
