Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning schedules aligned with capacity and material availability
- Monitor and optimize material inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely material delivery
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of material usage, inventory turnover, and production metrics
- Collaborate with quality control to ensure material specifications are met
- Prepare regular reports on production efficiency and material utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in production planning or material control within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
