Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive planograms for various product categories across all AA Pharmacy outlets.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of planogram data within designated databases and systems.
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, purchasing, and store operations teams to align planograms with promotional activities, inventory levels, and sales strategies.
- Analyze sales performance, space utilization, and customer buying patterns to optimize product placement and maximize profitability.
- Communicate detailed planogram updates, changes, and guidelines effectively to store team members, ensuring proper execution.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor planogram compliance, identify issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to store personnel on planogram interpretation and implementation best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of visual merchandising standards and retail space planning processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in planogramming, visual merchandising, or retail operations, preferably within the pharmacy or FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in planogram software such as JDA Space Planning, Apollo, Nielsen Spaceman, or similar space planning tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and inventory reports.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team in a dynamic retail environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
