Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic leadership of plant operations including production scheduling, resource allocation, and capacity planning
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, ISO, and food safety regulatory standards
- Manage P&L responsibility, budget control, and cost optimization initiatives
- Lead talent development programs for technical and managerial staff
- Coordinate with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance departments
- Implement automation and technology upgrades to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in food processing operations with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in plant management and P&L responsibility
- Expertise in food safety protocols, quality control systems, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring and process optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software
