Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee plant facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural integrity
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment lifespan
- Manage facility budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts for engineering services
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and company safety protocols
- Lead facility improvement projects, including renovations, expansions, and technology upgrades
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support production goals and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental footprint
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant facility management or industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and facility management best practices
- Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM) or relevant engineering license preferred
- Proven experience managing budgets and engineering projects
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Leadership experience with maintenance teams and contractors
- Knowledge of food industry safety standards and regulatory compliance
