Nityo Infotech is excited to partner with a leading chemical manufacturing client in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat, to hire a highly skilled Plant HSEF Manager. This is a pivotal leadership role dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire protection across our operations. As the Plant HSEF Manager, you will be responsible for embedding a robust safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and minimizing operational risks within a dynamic petrochemical environment.
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HSE policies, conduct rigorous risk assessments, and oversee emergency response protocols. Your expertise will directly influence the safety of our workforce and the integrity of our manufacturing processes, making this a critical position within the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Plant's Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire (HSEF) management systems in compliance with local regulations (K3) and international standards such as ISO 45001.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety tours to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence of accidents and near-misses.
- Manage the Fire Safety Officer team and ensure all fire prevention and suppression systems are maintained and operational.
- Coordinate with plant management and department heads to integrate HSE objectives into daily operational planning and production schedules.
- Organize and facilitate safety training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for all plant personnel.
- Monitor environmental impact, manage waste disposal procedures, and ensure adherence to environmental protection laws.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field.
- Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or equivalent HSE certification (e.g., K3LH).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HSE management, specifically within the chemical or petrochemical manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian OHS regulations, fire safety codes, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of leading safety culture transformation and managing a team of HSE officers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical safety data to senior management and non-technical staff.
- Proficiency in using HSE software tools and incident reporting systems.
