Join our dynamic property development team as Plant & Machinery Manager and take charge of critical operations in Kota Kinabalu. This pivotal role oversees all aspects of batching plant operations, ensuring optimal performance, safety compliance, and efficient management of heavy machinery and equipment. You'll lead a technical team, implement preventive maintenance protocols, and drive cost-effective solutions to maximize equipment uptime. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, coordinating with project teams to align plant operations with development timelines while maintaining rigorous quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily batching plant operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment
- Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables to minimize operational disruptions
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Lead, train, and supervise technical staff and equipment operators
- Coordinate equipment procurement, disposal, and lifecycle management
- Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Prepare maintenance reports and performance analytics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in plant/machinery management within construction or property development
- Proven track record in batching plant operations management
- Strong knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance protocols and safety standards
- Valid certifications in equipment operation and safety management (OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 preferred)
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office Suite
- Problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting complex mechanical systems
