- Monitor daily plant operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
- Coordinate across departments to optimize workflow, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining plant policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper utilization of equipment and materials
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and operational goal setting
- Train and mentor junior staff on operational procedures and best practices
- Prepare regular reports on plant performance, productivity metrics, and areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or production management
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
