Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily plant operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met.
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies, focusing on Lean Manufacturing and process optimization to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, ISO standards, and environmental compliance to maintain a safe workplace for all employees.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.
- Manage plant budgets, including capital expenditure planning, cost control measures, and resource allocation to drive profitability.
- Coordinate closely with supply chain and logistics partners to ensure a seamless flow of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and throughput to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Plant Manager or similar leadership role within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in RFID and IoT manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing budgets, cost reduction strategies, and strategic operational planning.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) for effective reporting and team communication.
