Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage plant budget, P&L, and resource allocation effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Lead and develop plant staff through coaching and performance management
- Coordinate with supply chain and quality assurance teams
- Implement Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Monitor KPIs and adjust processes to meet production targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Proven track record in plant operations and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of ISO and OHSAS standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams
