Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all plant operations including production scheduling, quality control, and maintenance coordination
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Lead cross-functional teams in achieving KPIs for safety, efficiency, and output targets
- Manage plant budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies
- Drive continuous improvement programs through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing leadership with proven P&L responsibility
- Expertise in production planning, quality systems, and operational excellence frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and data-driven decision making
- Advanced knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001/14001)
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated team development track record
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and manufacturing technology integration
