Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all plant operations including production scheduling, maintenance, and quality control
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff through performance management initiatives
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance departments
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage budgets and resource allocation for optimal operational performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in plant management, preferably in manufacturing
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and KPIs
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software
