Putra Perkasa Abadi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant People Development GL to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with a passion for developing talent within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the competency matrix for Plant employees, including mechanics, group leaders, plant engineers, and planners. You will work closely with department heads to identify training needs, design development programs, and ensure that our workforce maintains the highest standards of technical and professional competence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource development within a plant or industrial setting, with proven ability to assess skill gaps and create effective training solutions. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain the competency matrix for all Plant employees including mechanics, group leaders, plant engineers, and planners
- Identify skill gaps and training needs through comprehensive assessments and performance evaluations
- Design and develop training programs and materials tailored to plant operations requirements
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment between development initiatives and business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback
- Support career development planning and succession planning initiatives for Plant personnel
- Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and development activities
- Collaborate with HR team on recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for Plant staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR development or training within an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of competency frameworks and skill matrix development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Experience in mining, construction, or heavy industry is preferred
