Join UCoal Sumberdaya's dynamic team as a Plant Procurement Supervisor and drive excellence in our supply chain operations. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate end-to-end procurement and logistics strategies to guarantee the seamless availability of heavy equipment spare parts, raw materials, and operational supplies. Your expertise will directly impact production efficiency, cost optimization, and supplier relationship management within our manufacturing and logistics ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead procurement planning and execution for heavy machinery components, industrial materials, and operational consumables
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards
- Oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management systems
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies through supplier diversification and bulk procurement
- Coordinate with plant operations to forecast demand and align procurement timelines with production schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental sustainability policies in procurement activities
- Analyze market trends and recommend procurement process improvements using data-driven insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or heavy industry with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and logistics optimization
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis and budget management
- Proven leadership abilities in managing cross-functional teams
- Understanding of Indonesian procurement regulations and international trade practices
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
