Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Plant Finance Controller in all aspects of manufacturing and cost accounting operations.
- Oversee and manage the standard costing system, including cost rolls, variance analysis, and bill of material maintenance.
- Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results to corporate headquarters.
- Drive plant profitability analysis, identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Manage inventory valuation, physical cycle counts, and reconciliation, ensuring SOX compliance.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the plant.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams to provide financial guidance on capital expenditures and new product introductions.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and ad-hoc analyses for management, highlighting key financial trends and risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in cost accounting and manufacturing finance.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Reporting Standards.
- Proven experience with SAP or other large ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, JDE). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with internal controls (SOX) and audit processes is a must.
