Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on plant machinery and processing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are consistently met.
- Conduct safety audits and hazard identification to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document maintenance activities, repair logs, and operational data accurately in the system.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and adjustment of new equipment as required.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and coordinate with other departments for resource support.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a chemical plant or manufacturing facility.
- Strong knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and procedures.
- Familiarity with reading P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and technical blueprints.
- Ability to work in shifts and perform physical tasks in a high-temperature or industrial environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using maintenance management software.
