Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all plantation operations to ensure maximum yield and quality.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for sustainable growth.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of field staff and management personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and resource allocation effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance audits to maintain high standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plantation management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of sustainable farming practices and local regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in remote outdoor environments.
- Proficiency in agricultural management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
