- Monitor cast integrity and patient comfort during treatment

- Maintain sterile work environments and plaster material inventory

- Assist in patient positioning and movement during procedures
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in plaster technology or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in cast application
- Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy and casting techniques
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Basic CPR certification preferred
