Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily plastic recycling operations and team performance
- Coordinate waste collection logistics from suppliers and partners
- Monitor recycling processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards
- Implement and maintain compliance with environmental regulations
- Train and mentor recycling staff on best practices
- Track KPIs and prepare operational performance reports
- Liaise with stakeholders to optimize recycling supply chain
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in waste management/recycling operations
- Experience in team leadership/supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of plastic recycling processes and technologies
- Familiarity with Indonesian environmental regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
