Bentang Inspira Teknologi is seeking a skilled and proactive Platform Engineer to join our infrastructure team in Bandung. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital ecosystem, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our middleware, API management, and observability stacks. As a Platform Engineer, you will work closely with our engineering teams to maintain high-availability systems, manage API gateways, and optimize our messaging and monitoring infrastructure. You will play a critical role in our digital transformation journey, ensuring that our technical architecture is secure, scalable, and efficient.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain WSO2 API Manager and Identity Server for secure API and identity operations.
- Configure and optimize Kong and Traefik gateways to ensure seamless traffic routing and load balancing.
- Design, implement, and monitor robust event-streaming architectures using Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Deploy and maintain a comprehensive observability stack, including Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, and Promtail.
- Support and troubleshoot Java-based web applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Automate infrastructure tasks to improve deployment speed and system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex production incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or system administration.
- Strong technical expertise in API Gateway management (WSO2, Kong, or Traefik).
- Deep understanding of messaging brokers like Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Solid experience in implementing observability and monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger).
- Proficient in Java web application architecture and troubleshooting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle contract-based project requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system optimization.
