Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the official BytePlus website and digital platforms.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement new features and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with SEO strategies.
- Conduct regular audits of web infrastructure to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding web platform status and updates.
- Implement and maintain operational workflows to support the continuous evolution of the digital presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in platform operations, web maintenance, or a similar technical support role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for web content manipulation.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment within the tech industry.
