As a Player Engagement Agent, you will serve as the essential link between our clients and the gaming community. Your responsibilities include responding to player inquiries, resolving in-game or account issues, and providing top-tier customer support through non-voice channels like email and chat. You will ensure every interaction leaves the player satisfied.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide timely and professional support to players via email, chat, and ticketing systems (non-voice).
- Investigate and resolve player inquiries, issues, and feedback related to game accounts, technical problems, and gameplay mechanics.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge for assigned games to ensure accurate and helpful responses.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams following standard operating procedures.
- Document player interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive player experience by demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for gaming.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes, FAQs, and the overall player experience.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; a College degree is an advantage.
- Excellent written English communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Strong passion and working knowledge of video games across various genres and platforms (PC, Console, Mobile).
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bacolod City.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior customer service or BPO experience is a plus but not required.
