Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support to Chinese-speaking players via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve player inquiries, technical issues, and account-related problems efficiently
- Document and track all player interactions using customer support systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and support process improvements
- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics and response time standards
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support techniques
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Proficient English communication skills
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Basic computer literacy and technical aptitude
- Passion for gaming and understanding of player ecosystems
