Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed plumbing system drawings using CAD software
- Develop isometric and schematic piping layouts for construction projects
- Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate plumbing systems into building designs
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Prepare material takeoffs and equipment specifications
- Revise drawings based on site inspections and client feedback
- Collaborate with contractors to resolve installation conflicts
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP software
- Strong understanding of Indonesian plumbing codes (SNI)
- Knowledge of hydraulic calculations and pipe sizing principles
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial reasoning skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings
