Join Trentgo as a PMO & Project Controls Coordinator and become the backbone of our project execution framework. This pivotal role supports the Chief Operating Officer by ensuring rigorous project governance, data integrity, and systematic documentation control. You'll develop and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide real-time visibility into project health, milestones, and resource allocation. Your expertise will streamline cross-functional collaboration while enforcing standardized project management methodologies. Tanggung Jawab
- Support COO by managing and maintaining comprehensive project data repositories and reporting systems
- Implement and enforce standardized project controls methodologies across all initiatives
- Oversee document control processes including versioning, distribution, and compliance tracking
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for project performance metrics and KPI visualization
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation tracking
- Facilitate project governance meetings and documentation of proceedings
- Conduct variance analysis and risk assessments for project deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational project standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in PMO, Project Controls, or coordination roles
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
- Excellent documentation and version control management capabilities
- Understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication abilities for stakeholder engagement
