- Process, review, and administer employee benefits policies including new business, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, and clients to ensure accurate and timely policy issuance and administration.
- Maintain meticulous records and databases of client policies, employee enrollments, and billing information.
- Prepare and present policy summaries, reports, and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding benefits coverage, eligibility, and claims status with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and the annual enrollment processes, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and product offerings to provide accurate advice and support to the team.
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to support business development initiatives and client retention strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in insurance policy administration, particularly in employee benefits (group life, health, or accident insurance).
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, policy terms, and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new insurance management systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a strong commitment to providing excellent client service.
- Preferably with experience using insurance administration software (e.g., BOLT, SIS, or similar platforms).
