- Accurately input and manage insurance policy data within our internal systems.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on policy documentation to ensure precision and compliance.
- Verify insurance coverage details and endorsements against underwriting guidelines.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and brokers to resolve documentation discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on policy issuance and quality control metrics for the Operations Manager.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all insurance contracts.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in insurance, brokerage, or administrative quality assurance is a significant advantage.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in complex documents.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective professional correspondence.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
