- Process policy service requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform minor policy alterations, including beneficiary changes, coverage adjustments, and policy reinstatements.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and policy modifications in the company database.
- Support project work related to policy services, contributing to process optimization and documentation improvements.
- Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and customer service teams to resolve escalations and provide timely updates to clients.
- Identify and report trends in policy inquiries to assist in developing targeted training and knowledge resources.
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and quality checks on processed transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in policy administration, customer service, or insurance operations.
- Solid understanding of insurance products, policy lifecycle, and regulatory frameworks in Singapore.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with policy management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer‑centric approach.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose process improvements.
