In this critical role, you will ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations while overseeing daily facilities operations and maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with local environmental laws and company EHS policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds to identify potential environmental hazards.
- Manage waste disposal processes, ensuring proper segregation and adherence to disposal guidelines.
- Prepare and submit accurate environmental reports and compliance documentation to regulatory bodies.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of pollution control equipment and safety monitoring systems.
- Train facility staff on EHS protocols, pollution prevention measures, and emergency response procedures.
- Investigate and address environmental complaints or incidents promptly and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in pollution control, facilities management, or a similar EHS role.
- Must possess a valid Pollution Control Officer (PCO) license or equivalent professional certification.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and Philippine environmental regulations.
- Strong understanding of waste management laws and hazardous material handling protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to conduct training sessions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple inspection schedules, and meet deadlines.
