Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and monitor municipal-level population programs and development strategies.
  • Coordinate with local health offices and NGOs to execute reproductive health and family welfare initiatives.
  • Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting on population trends and demographics within the community.
  • Facilitate seminars, workshops, and community outreach programs regarding responsible parenthood and population awareness.
  • Maintain records and documentation for local population activities in compliance with Civil Service Commission standards.
  • Provide technical assistance to local leaders on population-related policies and implementation protocols.
  • Collaborate with inter-agency committees to align municipal programs with regional population goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in program coordination, development work, or government service.
  • Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility (RA 1080).
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine population policies and local government code regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse community groups and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
