Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee vessel maintenance schedules and coordinate dock-side repair operations
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures
- Manage procurement of spare parts and technical equipment for fleet maintenance
- Develop preventive maintenance programs to extend vessel lifespan and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with IMO regulations and class society requirements
- Lead technical audits and performance reviews of vessel systems
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintenance documentation
- Coordinate with ship crews, contractors, and suppliers during docking periods
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in port engineering or maritime technical operations
- Certification in marine systems troubleshooting (e.g., Class Society certifications)
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing interpretation
- Strong knowledge of marine propulsion systems, auxiliary equipment, and safety protocols
- Experience managing budgets and procurement for technical projects
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure in maritime environments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for technical documentation
